Our prizes include ultimate getaways and adventures onboard Private Jets and Helicopters, the chance to tick off a ‘bucket list’ experience or instantly win travel related goods – amongst other things.

This competition is open to UK residents (including Northern Ireland)  who are 18 years or older.

We cannot accept entries from outside the UK as laws for running competitions vary, and ours have been organised to comply with national laws.

You may enter the competition using the Free Postal Entry Route by complying with the following conditions:

(a) send your entry on an unenclosed postcard by first or second class post to the Promoter at the following address: 124-128, City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.

(b) include with your entry the following information:

(i) your full name;

(ii) your address;

(iii) a contact telephone number and email address; and

(iv) your chosen competition.

(c) If you are entering an Instant Win Competition through the Free Postal Entry Route you will be required to register for an account via the Website or App prior to us receiving your postal entry. Following receipt of your valid postal entry we will apply a site credit to your account. You must use this site credit to enter an Instant Win Competition via the Website or App and receive a ticket to be in with a chance of winning a prize.

(d) incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;

(e) you may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry;

(f) by entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;

(g) the Promoter will email each Entrant who has submitted a valid entry into a Draw Based Competition via the Postal Entry Route to confirm their ticket number(s). The Promoter will add site credit equal to the cost of the entry via the Online Entry Route if entering an Instant Win Competition.

(h) Entrants must have created an account on the Website/App for the free entry to be processed. All details on the postcard must correspond to the details on the account to receive the order confirmation and ticket number. Postal entries received without a registered account cannot be processed. Entrants must add an address to the related account for entries to be processed.

We ask for your contact details so that we can run our competitions and award prizes. You can easily opt out of our mailing list if you don’t wish to receive marketing emails from us.

We do not use your details for any other purpose, or share your data with any third parties unless this is necessary for carrying out the competition. Full details of how we use your data is included within our Privacy Policy.

If you are the winner, we may have to share your details with the the Advertising Standards Authority. This is to confirm that we have carried out the competition and awarded the prizes fairly.

You have the right to opt out of us using your data anytime.

You can also delete your account at any time.

The competition draw date and time is stated on the entry page for each competition. Each draw is guaranteed to take place at the specified time regardless of how many tickets are sold.

The live draw will take place on the Ultimate Travel Competitions Ltd 16336358 Facebook and Youtube pages (plus other various socials such as Instagram and ‘X’ where possible) for everyone to see. We use lottery style ball machines to randomly draw out numbers and determine the winning ticket number from all Entrants. If a technical fault should occur with our equipment we will use Google’s random number generator to determine the winner.

If fewer than 50% of the available tickets are sold, we will make up to three attempts to select a winner using our lottery-style ball machines. If all three attempts fail to produce a valid winner, we reserve the right to import the full list of competition entrants into GigaCalculator’s Random Picker tool and select a winner there. This tool is embedded on our website, and you can view it directly using the link below.

Instant win prizes are included as part of the main prize competition, which will be drawn in accordance with the procedures described above. Alongside your entry into the main draw, you also have the chance to win cash or site credit if any of the ticket numbers allocated to you match a pre-determined instant win list.

For example, if you purchase 10 tickets and one of those tickets corresponds to an Instant Win Site Credit Prize, you will immediately receive that site credit while still retaining all of your chances to win the main prize.

Some competitions will be designated as ‘Auto-Draw’ which means that after the competition closes the draw will take place automatically at the draw date and time indicated, without a live event as described above.  The auto draw is a computer generated winning ticket selector and has no human involvement.

If in the event the draw has unsold tickets the draw will still take place.

There are 3 ways in which you can find your ticket number for a draw.
1. When you enter a competition your ticket numbers can be found on the confirmation page.
2. On the confirmation email sent to the email address assigned to your account.
3. Log into your account and click on ‘View ticket numbers’ to see your ticket numbers.

All of our Instant Win prizes will be supplied brand new unless otherwise stated and will come with manufacturers warranty where applicable.

If a fault is developed after receipt of the goods, this will fall under the manufacturers warranty and not the responsibility of the promoter.

The promoter will replace any goods damaged in transit or at delivery after receiving the goods back.
