As a company we are committed to making sure customers play responsibly. To ensure all of our customers play within their limits, we have given you options within your account to do the following:

1. Daily spending limit – Set your desired daily spend limit. This denies you the option to enter one of our draws if you have reached your limit.
2. Lock Account – Choose a set period of time you’d like to pause playing for.
3. Delete account – Permanently remove yourself from our website.

If you have concerns about problem playing, there is free impartial advice available at GamCare or Gamble Aware. 

If you are a lucky winner, we would love you to experience the Ultimate Travel trip, however should you not wish to take the prize, a cash alternative may be offered in lieu. This only applies to prize draws and not to instant win prizes.

Ordinarily, we would like you to experience the Ultimate Travel trip that you have just won, so prizes aren’t automatically transferrable. If you would like to transfer the prize to someone else a request should be made to dream@ultimatetravelcompetitions.com with the reason for the request.
